Suggest a cycle path here connecting Englefield Green to Runnymede, to avoid busy/narrow/steep roads with high speed limits: Priest Hill, A30, Tite Hill
Pavement parking is a huge problem here severly reducing pavement width. Installation of kerbside bollards would be a solution
The issue of flooding at the pedestrian crossing (on both side of The Causeway) needs to be removed.
Footbridge over railway line needs to be strengthened and lit. Would also be improved if vegetation and litter were cleared.
Close this fast rat run. Barrier it off to allow access only and not a through road for cars. Its too fast for walkers: lots of children use this road to walk to the 3 schools nearby.
Cycleway is in poor state and the crossover of side roads is painful. Have the path raised and stop cars before the junction - give walkers and cyclists the priority (cars should stop anyway)
This whole area should be a Low Traffic Area with modal filters and one way system. Largest school in the area but no safe cycle routes.

The faux cycle lanes on New Haw Road encourage cyclists to ride in the gutter and frustrate motorists who think these are real cycle lanes. Please erase the markings.
